Solar Power Generation Device
In response to environmental concerns,INNO Fiber has installed solar power generation equipment to promote green energy generation and raise awareness of environmental protection.
Air Pollution Control Equipment
INNO Fiber places special emphasis on air and environmental pollution, and therefore has specially installed large-scale RTO equipment to treat VOCs generated during processing in real time, complying with current environmental regulations. The following is a brief introduction to the RTO equipment.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer
Step 1
After coating, the fabric releases organic solvent gases during high-temperature oven drying.
The organic solvents gas is introduced into the RTO through the air duct.

Solvent gases are incinerated at 750°C in the RTO using preheated ceramic media.
Repeating steps 1–5 recovers heat, keeps ceramics hot, cuts natural gas use via solvent oxidation, and treats exhaust in one continuous process.

Discharge water vapor and CO 2 into nature from the RTO exhaust pipe.

Destroyed solvents become H₂O and CO₂, and heat returns to the thermal storage.
Environmentally friendly and
non-toxic raw materials
INNO Fiber uses only environmentally friendly and non-toxic raw materials. Whether it’s coating or water repellency, all processing materials are environmentally certified.
Independent R&D Lab
To address new product development, INNO Fiber has established an independent R&D lab to adjust formulas and production processes based on customer needs, enabling more standardized processing methods for its products.
